The Benefits of the Polar Fitness F7

It is never easy to burn stored fat. In fact, even those that work out regularly may wonder why they have such difficulty burning off that “extra tire” that is around the mid-section region. Well, if they are performing cardio exercises, just doing the exercise is not enough. They need to make sure their heart rate is at an elevated enough level that it will combat stored body fat. Of course, this creates quite the quandary. A person cannot be expected to take his or her pulse while jumping rope! Actually, the person does not have to. Thanks to the Polar Fitness F7 it is quite possible to have a clear understanding of exactly where one’s heart rate is at all times during the workout.

More on the Polar Fitness F7

Polar has long since been a reliable manufacturer of quality heart rate monitors. That is why most athletes and trainers prefer to stick with Polar products when they are serious about losing weight or boosting their metabolism. Of course, not all Polar products are identical. Each has their own positives, negatives, and nuances. So, for those interested in the Polar Fitness F7, here is a brief overview of what it has to offer:

Pros:

The accuracy of the readings is without question. Unlike some models that have a tendency to estimate or, worse, speculate the beats per minute the heart is performing, the Polar F7 will always present a clear and accurate read out.

This is a comfortable device to wear. The wrist band fits comfortably as does the chest sensor strap. These are also not one size fits all devices as they can be properly adjusted in order to maintain better levels of comfort.

The Polar F7 is built to last. You will not need to run out and replace this heart rate monitor 6 months after you purchased it. It is designed to last several years and this is true even with heavy use.

This is also a very durable heart rate monitor. While some may enjoy “simple” cardio activities such as tennis and jogging, there are those that enjoy a little impact with their training. Thankfully, those that like to take part in tough boot camp programs do not have to worry about their heart rate monitor “konking out” under stress. This is a solidly produced product and will last under a number of activities.

Cons:

The display of the wrist device is somewhat monochrome and dull. As such, it can be a little tough to read at times. But this is not a common problem on Polar Heart Monitors.

When you need a new battery, it may be a little tough to get one quickly since you must go through a Polar battery distributor. Also, you will need to replace the battery more frequently depending upon how often you use the Polar Fitness F7.

In general, however, the Polar F7 is a solid heart rate monitor that comes with a very fair price tag. As such, those looking for a reliable and inexpensive heart rate monitor will surely be pleased with what the Polar F7 has to offer. This is just one of the many great Polar Heart Monitors that are out there.
